As a mother of girls, I became a master at communicating. I just didn't know that I would become a beaming spirit for others to draw to.

I don't try to be a: Coach, I just am. After living a life in the best way that I could, I found myself being sought to fulfill community roles, in the neighborhood that I lived in. I didn't understand it at the time but, I have long believed in being a good listener, being a great observer, being kind and helping out another person when/if I can.

My niche is Helping others Out of a Rut, to share words of hope, words of resourcefulness (That Works!) and to provide a deep assistance with helping indivuals identify their Umph! in their struggle(s). I went through years of frustration, not knowing what to do in order to get out of a repeated poor system of bad choices, broken heartedness and not having people close to me that I could safely lean on. *Look, I know what it is like: To have my head feel like it is going to explode and having a not-so-nice way of dealing with people. I got so bad that I didn't want to hear about people who wanted to "So call-Help me" and I was full of Fear and Frustration.
